Over the course of three Sundays, I’ll be working together with Lee Osorio at All Saints Episcopal Church on a class titled “Shakespeare As Prayer.” Together, we’ll be exploring some of Shakespeare’s most famous monologues and soliloquies and drawing parallels between these private asides and prayer. As a classically trained actress, I’m hungry to break apart this text and find new meaning in this wizened work.

I’ve been hired to mentor two young playwrights as part of Kennesaw State Unversity’s 2021 10-Minute Play Festival and its accompanying class TPS 3050. I’m looking forward to meeting my mentees and spending the semester cultivating their love for writing!
I’ve been asked to speak by the Georgia Working Families Party. I will be speaking with their phone and textbank volunteers on January 5th. I’ll be delivering a speech on the importance of voter turnout for the upcoming runoff election. Let’s finish this, Georgia!
